|Suggestions or Errors|
|While we try our utmost to make our website as friendly and bug-free as possible, there are some times where a simple addition will make our website better and easier to use or where a simple typo causes an error.
Please, send us an email on email@example.com to suggest anything or report any bugs that you are encountering.
If reporting a bug, please try to be as specific as possible and give us all possible details including the browser and your OS version.
|You can order any item from the website and opt for it to be delivered to you or collect it from our store.
The items visible on the website should be in stock, but there are occasions when the items are sold before the website gets updated. If you place an order for an item and it is not available, we will inform you accordingly and offer alternative products.
|We are now accepting Credit / Debit Card payment online. We accept VISA, Mastercard and BOV debit card.|
|Where we Deliver
Delivery must be to an address in Malta/Gozo. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods for warranty purposes. When the delivery address is in Gozo, the customer has to arrange a pick up with the courier of his/her preference to have their goods collected from our shop in Birkirkara. The delivery time will be from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 hours.
For orders of less than €100, a flat rate of €5.50 applies. If the order is more than €100, the delivery charge is €4.50 This charge will not increase when purchasing multiple items. The total purchase price, including delivery cost, has to be paid in full at the door.
|Cancellation (Delivery items only)
If you have chosen to have your order delivered, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 15 days after delivery by returning the product to Klikk Store (please bring your receipt/invoice with you).
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidiscs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
You will receive either a full refund or a credit note.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- You have chosen the Collect at Store option
- You return your product to Klikk Store without proof of purchase
- The seal has been broken on any software including games
- The goods were a special order to your specification
Return of Fault Goods - Delivery Items
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or more when applicable), we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange when repair is not possible.
Please return the product to Klikk Computer Store or phone after sales on 2750 2750 (9:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays) for more information.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. batteries & ink cartridges etc) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.
If a pre-recorded videotape, DVD, CD, Minidisc or other software is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charges.
