You may return all items bought online to our store in B'Kara. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

Cooling Off Period

There is a 15 day cooling off period where you can return any product bought online. No Re-stocking Fee will be charged. All items must be returned in the original condition.

After the 15 days

Items will only be accepted in the full retail packaging on presentation of receipt. There will be a re-stocking fee (See below).

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable:

- Labor and/or installation services
- Items that are abused
- Opened computer software, movies, music and video games

If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items. Please see details below (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section).

ReStocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be charged on all items. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Missing packaging or damaged item

A 20% missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect

If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item to our store upto 3 days after your purchase, you will receive a 100% credit. This may be used to purchase a new item or a replacement of the original item. After the 3 days, the normal warranty procedure takes place.

Consumers can claim for compensation for up to two (2) years from delivery when the product has a latent defect or is not as described in the contract of sale. If the lack of conformity is apparent within six (6) months, it is presumed to have existed when the goods were delivered unless the trader can prove otherwise. If, on the other hand, the lack of conformity is apparent after the initial six (6) months, the customer must then prove that the goods were delivered with this presumed lack of conformity. The Commercial Warranty does not in any way impinge on the consumer’s statutory rights.

Item not In Stock

In the unlikely event that your online order contains an item which is not available, we will refund completely the payment and offer you a replacement.

Personal Data

Please remove all personal data (e.g., computer or wireless phone data, videotapes), from any returned products. Klikk is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.
