| Technical Support |
Our technical team is trained to repair a vast range of IT equipment including Laptops, Computers, Monitors and printers among other things. We are Malta`s only Acer Authorised Service Centre and we honour all warranties for Acer products bought in Europe. We also service Dell, Apple and Nintendo in warranty. The Klikk technical team can also repair a host of other brands out of warranty or bought from any local / worldwide store without after sale support. Our European component supplier can furnish us with any component or part for any model that we are repairing - all priced very competitively. We try to keep the mean repair time at less than 5 days - but this mostly depends on the level of stock of the component required. In any case, we will always keep you informed with the status of the repair. The Service Centre is situated on the first floor of the Klikk building using the side entrance in front of our parking area. |
| Onsite Repairs |
We can offer support onsite at the comfort of your home or office. Just call our technical team on 2750 2750 to set up an appointment or send an email with your details on support@klikk.com.mt and we will contact you accordingly. |
| Pickup & Deliveries |
Some items or repairs can`t be performed onsite. Other times you may not have the possibility to bring the item to our technical centre. In these cases, we offer the service to pick up and deliver the product at a small charge. Just send us an email on support@klikk.com.mt so that we can settle an ideal time to collect or deliver your product. |
