As much as we would like to keep a constant low price on all of our 2000+ products and possibly offer more ranges of products, you have to appreciate that Malta is a small island and we are limited with the number of products we can offer and also how fast we sell a product. By the time we re-order, the price abroad would have fallen 3 or 4 times!

With the Klikk challenge we are offering you the opportunity to get a deal on a product we have in stock but may be currently slightly over-priced.

We are also offering a service where anyone requiring a particular (computer related) item which is not stocked in Malta because it is very specific or costly can inform us of his interest and we will try to get it at a reasonable price.

Yes, as long as the challenge adheres to the guidelines.

We will definitely give it our best shot, but this is not a Lowest Price Guarantee.

If the item you found fits with our guidelines, we will give you our best offer which might be lower, the same or slightly higher but ours will still have a better value.

That can be true, but value is not based only on price!

If the challenge is from a local (Maltese) company, then the comparison is easier. We only have to be careful that the service offered with the price includes the proper after sales service - we have heard of enough stories of 'shops' selling the product and then failing to service it.

We will try to source it for you while staying close to the price in your challenge. We will inform you also of the delivery delay and the terms of warranty.

No. Sometimes we can't manage to source it and sometimes we choose not to get it because we might lack the resources or expertise to guarantee the high level of the Klikk after sales service during the warranty period.

No, the offer is not binding. We give you 7 days to accept the offer but you can opt to refuse our offer. We would really appreciate if you inform us why - but this is optional.

The guidelines are simple and fair. The product should :
- Be located in Europe
- Not be part of a sale
- Not be part of an auction or second hand
- Genuine and sold from appropriate channels
- Includes all taxes and delivery
- Be In Stock or available for immediate purchase
