Join Us as a Product Data Entry Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Product Data Entry Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our product listings are accurate, complete, visually appealing, and optimized for searchability and customer experience across our online platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with procurement, suppliers, and marketing to maintain high-quality product data that supports both our sales and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and manage product data (titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, specifications, attributes, etc.) across e-commerce platforms.
  • Upload and organize product images according to visual guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain content consistency and accuracy across all product listings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather complete product specifications and images.
  • Regularly update product availability, tag discontinued products, and add promotional labels.
  • Follow internal naming conventions, category rules, and SEO best practices.
  • Perform routine quality control by reviewing live product pages.
  • Work with Website Manager and Marketing Team to support seasonal promotions and campaigns.
  • Identify gaps in product information and recommend content enhancements.
  • Build and maintain an internal product knowledge base to support onboarding and sales training.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
  • Previous experience in data entry, e-commerce, or CMS platforms preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO for product listings is a plus.

Preferred Attributes
  • Interest in consumer electronics or tech products.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with image editing tools like Canva or basic Photoshop is an advantage.
