Job Overview

We’re seeking customer driven Full-Time Salespersons to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity for someone who values quality and meaningful customer interactions within a focused retail environment.

In this role, you will be at the centre of the customer journey delivering expert product guidance, managing seamless transactions, and contributing to a consistently elevated experience across all sales channels.

If this describes you, then here is a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Day-to-day handling of sales enquiries of the Company's products;
  • Provide assistance and technical support to customers over the counter.
  • Market and promote the Company’s products and work to achieve and exceed sales targets in line with business objectives;
  • Take full responsibility for accurate POS entries, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation, including correct item processing and stock recording.
  • Ensure all customer queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in line with the Company’s service standards and policies.
  • Undertake training courses as and when required to ensure in-depth knowledge of the systems and offerings of the Company;
  • Participate at trade fairs, exhibitions and sales promotions, representing the Company and conducting sales and demonstrations of the Company's products and services;
  • Accept internal goods transfer, check, and place in storage or on the Shop shelving as required by management;
  • Assist in the fulfilment process of online orders and take full responsibility in the correct procedure;
  • Assist the technical department by following the correct procedure to open tech jobs.

Technical Department

Technician

Job Overview

In this role you will diagnose, repair, configure, test and support a broad range of technology products with limited supervision. You will also identify common root causes, complete standard jobs to a consistent quality level, maintain accurate documentation, and support customer-facing teams with technical guidance.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Diagnose common hardware, software, performance, connectivity and configuration faults using structured troubleshooting;
  • Complete standard repairs, component replacement, upgrades, setup, configuration and testing independently within approved capability;
  • Confirm root cause where reasonably possible rather than relying only on symptom-based part replacement;
  • Carry out final functional testing and ensure the device is safe, complete and ready for handover;
  • Escalate complex, board-level, unusual, data-sensitive or high-risk cases with clear findings and evidence;
  • Perform standard mobile-device, tablet, wearable and robotic-cleaning diagnostics and repair work;
  • Complete common screen, battery, charging, camera, sensor, motor, brush, docking and component-replacement work where trained;
  • Assess device condition, repair risk and likely fault cause before proceeding;
  • Apply consistent teardown, reassembly, sealing, cleaning and post-repair testing standards;
  • Build, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot desktop, gaming and laptop systems;
  • Check component compatibility and diagnose common CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, power, firmware, thermal and peripheral faults;
  • Support iOS, macOS, iPadOS and Apple ecosystem troubleshooting within demonstrated competence;
  • Handle premium and customer-owned devices carefully and document data-related limitations or risks clearly;
  • Diagnose common router, Wi-Fi, mesh, smart-home, IoT, printer, NAS and connected-device issues;
  • Provide accurate product compatibility, setup and technical guidance to retail, customer care and other internal teams;
  • Support customers or colleagues with clear explanations of likely faults, requirements and next steps;
  • Contribute useful technical notes, recurring-fault guidance and product knowledge to the department;
  • Maintain accurate diagnosis, work completed, parts used, test results and handover notes for every assigned job;
  • Manage assigned workload, identify blocked or ageing jobs and communicate requirements promptly;
  • Support clear technical handovers to customer-facing teams and explain findings in understandable language;
  • Follow approved warranty, replacement, supplier-return and escalation processes;
  • Maintain low avoidable comeback rates through disciplined diagnosis, repair and final testing;
  • Use tools, parts, batteries, components and customer data safely and responsibly;
  • Support Associate Technicians with routine guidance, demonstrations and quality feedback when requested;
  • Identify recurring faults, workflow gaps or quality risks and recommend practical improvements;
  • Maintain an organised technical workspace and support correct parts and tool control.
