What Qualifies for a Price Match?
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met.
The Product Must Be Identical
The item must match exactly what the competitor is offering, including:
- Same brand
- Same model number
- Same colour, storage capacity, and specifications
- Brand new product (not refurbished, open-box, or used)
The Competitor Must Qualify
The competing product must be:
- Sold by a legitimate retail store based in Malta
- Available for immediate purchase (not on pre-order or backorder)
- Currently in stock at the competitor
- Sold at a publicly available price that includes VAT
How to Request a Price Match
Getting your price matched is quick and easy.
Step 1 – Find a Lower Price
Locate the identical product at a qualifying local retailer in Malta, either online or in-store, at a lower advertised price than Klikk Computers.
Step 2 – Send Us the Details
To help us verify the offer, please provide:
- The competitor's name
- A product link or reference to the advertised product
- The advertised price (including VAT)
Step 3 – We'll Verify and Match the Price
Once we've confirmed that the product and offer meet our Price Match criteria, we'll match the price before you complete your purchase.

What Isn't Eligible?
To keep our Price Match fair and consistent, the following offers are excluded:
- Refurbished, used, or open-box products
- Clearance, liquidation, or end-of-line items
- Flash sales or limited-time promotions
- Bundle or multi-buy offers (for example, "Buy 2, Get 1 Free")
- Trade-in, cashback, or exchange offers
- Products that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase
- Products with different specifications, colours, storage capacities, or model numbers
- Prices from international retailers or marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and similar websites
